This dress is horrible quality. I messaged the company to try and cancel my order and they never got back to me. Feels and looks like it’s from shein.

the dress itself was super cute, however the customer service is horrible. I tried contacting many times and got no response. My order also did not arrive for 4 weeks when I ordered it in time to be in for Christmas.

It looks like you ordered on Dec 16th and it was sent two weeks later (not four) when we returned from being closed Christmas to New Years. Our customer service is super busy during the holidays so we ask that any immediate needs chat in on our website.
