Order Tracking & Delays
All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or carriers are out of our control, but we're happy to help locate orders where possible. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships—check spam just in case.
Preorders
Estimated ship dates for preorder items are listed on the product page. If there are changes, we’ll notify you. Report any damaged items within 2 days of delivery with photos.
In-Store Pickup
Local pickup is available at 405 N Maple Street, Summerville, SC. Leave a note at checkout to request pickup—we’ll refund shipping and notify you when your order is ready.
