I think this top is so adorable. It has the smocked back so it stretches to fit, and the elastic on the puff sleeves keep them in place, but isn’t too tight where it irritates your arms. And the bust area is double lined. This is so cute to dress up or dress down, wear with a skirt, jeans, shorts, anything!! And I feel like it’s really great as well because it’s appropriate for any age or event!!
